What is Adam made of?

There was nothing in Adam's background—his mom a schoolteacher and dad a small business owner—to predict he would fall for luxury hotels.

That changed at age 16 when a stay with his grandparents at the Waldorf Astoria (then synonymous with “the best” or a “true grand hotel,” like today’s Ritz in Paris or The Plaza in New York) inspired him to launch AZDS Interactive Group, a digital marketing agency specifically targeting luxury travel brands. People rarely use the word 'possibility' when they speak of luxury hotels, but Adam thinks the best ones do just that: suggest a you that you'd never suspected was there.

More than a decade later, Adam has grown AZDS from a mere 'possibility' into a multi-million-dollar practice that represents some of the world's most renowned luxury brands—including Montage International, Aspen Skiing Company, and Oetker Collection. If you meet him for breakfast, be sure to ask him what he was doing at age 11.

Beyond speaking at international marketing conferences or publishing in the likes of Forbes and the Denver Business Journal, Adam has several reasons to get out of bed every morning:

• Adam is changing the way most brands reach the consumer. By immersing himself in the product and learning what the consumer fundamentally wants and desires, he is able to gain insights as to what's necessary to stand out amongst the masses.
• He is improving the client-agency relationship by making it more personal. With a 95% client retention rate at AZDS, Adam establishes long-term partnerships and life-long relationships.
• He remains active at his alma mater, serving as a co-founder and mentor in the Accelerator & Mentor Program, and guest lecturer on entrepreneurship and digital marketing at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.
• Just as he received help and mentorship from his community—especially his mentor Scott Gilbert, former CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi LA—Adam gives back to the community to help inspire young entrepreneurs and future thought leaders. To start, he founded the AZDS Propel Foundation, a 501(c)3 public charity helping bring better content creation, distribution, and digital marketing to arts education foundations across the United States.

What is Kieran Built of?

Kieran Cain has over 2 decades’ experience leading multi-year strategy and high-performing teams to drive visitation & revenue growth, brand positioning, and guest experiences for global leaders in the Luxury Travel, Hospitality, Resort, Major League Sports and Entertainment industries.

In his most recent role as Senior Vice President, Marketing for Vail Resorts, the world’s leading luxury mountain resort company (NYSE: MTN) and one of Fast’ Company’s 50 Most Innovative Companies, he led a team of 200+ staff in 35 locations across North America to deliver resort guest visitation, total resort revenue, lodging occupancy & revenue for the company's 34 North American mountain resorts, the company’s 5,000-room hotel property portfolio (including the RockResorts brand), revenue for 250+ retail stores, food & beverage revenue for 200+ restaurants, sponsorship revenue with major international brand partners, and led the data-driven multi-year growth strategy, brand positioning, go-to-market approach, content production, products/packages/pricing, community relationships, and branded experiences for some of the world’s most iconic mountain resort destinations.

Prior to Vail Resorts, Kieran held senior leadership positions in Marketing, Sales, Evens & Fan Experience at Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE), ranked #1 by Forbes as the world’s most valuable sports conglomerate. His primary responsibilities were driving attendance, exceeding revenue targets, product marketing and delivering amazing fan experiences. Some of his notable accomplishments included the complete rebranding of the Colorado Rapids Soccer Club, the launch of the world’s largest professional soccer stadium & fields complex, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, event production of MLS, NBA, NHL games and major concerts, preparing the successful bid to win and host the 2007 MLS All-Star Game, and preparing the Denver Host City bid for the world’s largest event, the FIFA World Cup.

Kieran started his career at one of the world’s leading sports & entertainment companies, Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), holders of a broad global portfolio of major league teams, entertainment acts and venues. There he held leadership positions in Ticket & Season Pass Sales, Fan & Stadium Entertainment, Corporate & Group Sales, Event Production, Community Relations and Non-Profit 501©️3 Charitable Foundation leadership.

Kieran has experience building data-driven, guest-centric growth, brand and fan engagement strategies that leverage insights to understand guest mindsets and predict behavior, and build the corresponding go-to-market strategies to deliver targeted, personalized and compelling products, content and branded experiences to segmented audiences in order to influence behavior and achieve visitation, brand equity, engagement, guest satisfaction and revenue targets.

He has deep expertise in leading the following teams and disciplines: Multi-Year Growth Strategic Planning, Brand Building & Positioning, Event Production, Content Creation, Marketing Automation, Upsell & Cross-Sell, Sponsorships, Data Collection, Hospitality Marketing, Retail Marketing, Data & Insights, Brand Licensing & Merchandising, Guest Satisfaction, Community Relations, Personal and Team Leadership Development, and Organizational Change Management.

He also is a dedicated developer of high-performing teams and individuals, and leads with a transparent, authentic and inspirational leadership style. Kieran and his family live in Lafayette, Colorado.

What is Logan Built of?

Logan Mire is an analytics professional with a decade of experience in the hospitality and travel industry, mainly within the revenue management discipline, and he has a strong passion for empowering better decision-making through the practical use of data.

In his current role at AZDS, Logan is leading the analytics and business intelligence team focused on sourcing, storing, and developing new ways to use our vast collection of luxury hotel data, partnering with clients to use this information to better understand their business.

Prior to this role, Logan spent over 8 years working for Vail Resorts’ hospitality division, working his way up through various roles leading the revenue analytics, distribution, and travel partner sales teams.

Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, getting outside as much as possible, and going back and forth between home improvement stores because has no idea how to do that house project he so confidently started.

What is Alexa Built of?

Alexa is AZDS’s Senior Director of Program Management, where she brings over a decade of project management and content experience in the publishing, health, hospitality, private aviation, and software consulting industries. As Director of Program Management, Alexa works across and with all departments to deliver both lasting client value and corporate growth. In her role, she is focused on developing and advancing process improvements and operating procedures, managing large-scale projects, and identifying and implementing opportunities to drive operating efficiencies. She previously served as AZDS's Content Manager and Editor, with oversight on all department projects, content SEO initiatives, and workflows.

Alexa is also currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, where her concentration is project management with a focus on business analytics and finance. Outside the office and the classroom, you can find sweating it out at a fitness class, drinking red wine, lauding the Oxford comma, or planning her next travel adventure.

What is Jamie Built of?

Jamie is AZDS’s Director of Product and comes with an extensive background in product management and Information Technology operations. Equipped with a Master’s Degree in Information Technology, emphasis on Web Architecture, she is a catalyst when it comes to process efficiency and executing multi-device product strategy.

In her current role, Jamie is leading our Product Team for onboarding new clients on RevRaise, as well as, managing the ongoing support and maintenance of the platform. She is focused on revolutionizing the hospitality reservation space by evolving our software with new technology integrations and innovative features.

Previously at Dotdash Meredith, Jamie was immersed in affiliate commerce through publishing channels on high-profile brands such as People, Entertainment Weekly, Byrdie, The Spruce, etc. Prior to that, Jamie had a long stint with Vail Resorts through many website development initiatives, mobile application development, custom system integrations, and expansion of marketing technology tools.

Jamie is deeply motivated by the impact technology has on people. She is passionate about solving hard problems and building best-in-class product solutions. When she’s not wearing her product hat, you’ll find her outside on the trails (sun or snow) or reading a book with a glass of wine in hand

What is Stephanie Built of?

Stephanie brings a diverse hospitality background to AZDS, from developing internal messaging at Disney and managing marketing strategies for luxury resorts, to optimizing revenue for franchised hotels. Her data-driven approach, and passion for the guest experience, create a strong combination that is essential in the fast-paced hotel industry.

At AZDS, Stephanie is the mastermind behind our RevRaise onboarding experience. She creatively and systematically assists hotels as they build and launch their custom booking engine. In addition, Stephanie oversees the day-to-day marketing operations, including PPC text ads, display retargeting and email campaigns.

Outside the office, Stephanie serves in a leadership position for the Junior League of Denver. But, you will mostly find her skiing or hiking in the mountains, or at a brewery!

What is Danielle Built of?

Danielle is our in-house expert for all things legal. Licensed in both Colorado and California, and a graduate of UC Davis Law and UCLA Law—where her primary focus was business law—she brings several years of experience from various California law firms. This legal background is invaluable for AZDS and its clients.

In her spare time, you can find Danielle traveling with her husband, spending time with her family, playing the violin, or at Orange Theory.
